A Magical Debut, A Fantastic New Voice in Fiction | Review: The Chameleon with a Sword by B.L. Logan
7:20 PM
Another day, another error on my part. Not only did I forget to schedule some reviews, I accidentally deleted two others. Killing it today on Booked J. I was selecting entries to unpublish temporarily (and edit/reformat) and accidentally deleted them entirely. No worries. My review of The Chameleon with a Sword is refreshed and back!
It's the end of the line for Katherine Hawthorne's dark and intriguing Sinful Surrender series. And this conclusion is just as shamelessly thrilling as its title leads you to believe.
Almost done with playing catch up. In the meantime? If you like crime novels drenched in mysteries and sprinkled with intense romance, you should definitely check out the Sinful Surrender quartet. Like... now?
Continuing on with my catch-up-on-reviews spam for Sinful Surrender: it's time for Sensuous! Don't let the cover fool you. It's a cringy design, but the content is more thriller and the polyamorous love is prominent but doesn't take the spotlight.
I'm going to apologize in advance for the surge of (late) reviews for the Sinful Surrender Quartet. I know, I know, I posted these to Goodreads back in November. I had them all in my drafts for the blog but forgot to schedule them. Oops!
2020 is officially here. And with that decade, brings possibilities. I'm a bit behind on what I wanted to do as a celebration of the end of 2019, so this is up a bit later than I planned, but! I still wanted to post it. Because even though there were a ton of wonderful releases in the 2010s, there were some massive fumbles, too.
This topic is meant as something completely subjective to my taste--I am in no way dragging these novels, the authors, or their fans, they are merely the books that I rated lowest.
