There's something always so completely disappointing about picking up a book only to never finish it. As of lately, I've stumbled upon this obstacle more than once. I'm not usually the type to not stick it out and finish a novel, but this doesn't mean it won't ever happen. Taste is subjective and sadly, these books just didn't make my cut this year.
